Cancellations & Reimbursement Policy

Cancellation of Airport Transfers or Tours done in writing more than 72 hours before service are entitled to a full refund minus a $10 per person administrative fee.
Google Checkout or Credit Card fees are non refundable.  No reimbursement will be granted if cancellation notification is received less than 72 hours prior to service date.

For Airport Transfers:  In case of a flight delay, our drivers are instructed to wait a maximum of one hour after flight arrival.  After that, US$10 will be charged for every extra hour of wait.
